Forces are invisible massless bodies less rigid infinitely long arms of matters. The longer the arm the less strength. F=Ke x Q1Q2/R^2. F=G x M1M2/R^2.

Forces are coexisting with the matters, therefore forces are instantaneous motiving with the matters. 

Image your whole body is a tiny ball, but you have an invisible, massless, body-less, infinitely long arm, that you can use it to push and pull any matters at any distance. The only limitation is your arm/force strength is inversely proportional to distance/length squared.

Now if you are smart, you can pull all the atoms you want to add them to your tiny body, build a shape you like, and the functions you need. You will become human.

Then you study physics, trying to understand everything you encounter.

The mystery of the universe is hidden in your forces, the attraction, and repulsion force coexisted with you. Without your forces, you are nothing at all. Nothing knows you.
