Only moving matters have speed. charge, mass, temperature, color, force, gravity and energy are internal properties of the matter, simultaneously existing with matters, speed has no meaning at all.

Forces don't travel, forces are there all the time. like an arm hold two balls/earth and sun, if move one, the other one simultaneous move with it. Gravity and light are both forces that are electrostatic force. Gravity is stable continuing force, light is continuing vibration force.
