  Joe Chang Light is not photon particles traveling at light speed. Light is alternating current coexisting with atoms/medium. Photoelectric effect is misinterpretation of high enough frequency AC can over come electrons binding force and produce DC. Not photons impact electrons and transfer kinetic energy to knock it out solar cell.
