What exactly is light?

Light/photons/electromagnetic waves/radiation is oscillating electricity carried by oscillating atoms.

The direction of light is the direction of oscillation. The frequency of light is the frequency of the oscillation.

The speed of light is infinite because the range of Coulomb forces is infinite. All atomic surfaces within the line of sight are repelling each other with the Coulomb force. This force used to be called Levity by scientists.

This universal repulsive force conducts oscillating electrostatic force/Coulomb forces simultaneously throughout infinite space. Sunlight induces light on all planets instantly.
