You feel the sun on your skin. It's warm, right? How did that heat cross the vacuum of space you wonder?

Hold a strong magnet in each hand, the same poles face to each other, feel the repulsion force?

Now wave one hand in and out, how the other hand feels and moves?

You learned about universal gravitation force/gravity, but you don't know universal repulsion force/levity. 

Gravity holds planets in orbits. Levity conducts light energy/EMF between stars and planets.

All the stars, planets, matters, atoms are having electrons on the surfaces, lines of sight electrons repel each other with Coulomb's force F=Ke x q1q2/R^2. That is the universal repulsion force, it transfers light energy between stars and planets instantly at any distance.

Levity is 10^36 times stronger than the magnetic force. Vibrating electrons on the sun surface and on the earth's outer atmosphere are connected by levity, therefore they vibrate at the same frequency and direction. 

Light is not a wave or particle that traveling n space at light speed. Light is the alternating electrostatic force oscillating atoms carried. Light/EMF/energy must coexist with matter/carrier.

The photoelectric effect is a misinterpretation of light energy working on semiconductors. Light is not a particle beam that carries momentum, light is oscillating electrostatic force propagating in the medium/air. When the frequency is higher enough, it can affect electrons in solar cells to move and produce current.
