The electrons beam pass through an electric field will deflect to the positive plate. Why electrons in current flows in conductors do not deflect to the positive nucleus? Is there some kind of insulator between the nucleus and electrons?

If electrons are orbiting or waving or clouding around the nucleus as textbook theories said, atoms will produce EM waves and radiate energy, and atoms will be easily compressed and destroyed under pressure. In reality, atoms are stable and incompressible.

Are present atomic structure theories BS?
