All different atoms are constantly oscillating at different frequencies. Oscillating charged particles carrying oscillating electrostatic force/AC. The force strength is proportional to temperature, the oscillating electrostatic force is alternating current within atoms/matters. Higher temperature matters carry higher voltage AC.
Heat transfer is the AC transfer.
Thermoequliburim is all atoms/matters in a system that carrying the same voltage AC.

They say photon has no rest mass, carries no charge. So what is photon made of? Where are photons before they emitted? How photons accelerate to light speed? How photons carry oscillating electric field?
