Two questions for NASA

NASA had to land on the moon in the morning time to avoid high heat. Why there are some shadows right under the objects in Apollo videos as if the sun is overhead? Did they use artificial light sources to make those videos?

Why people in ISS interview videos all float up and down constantly? What forces are at work?
